“The dress is a lovely shape and my niece will look beautiful. However, I am not 100% happy with the fabric. It feels too clingy and a bit cheap. It's not a cheap dress. If there was a decent slip available it might help the dress hang better.”

“The dress itself is great, albeit a little on the long side. I just wish that returns were free, when you're ordering something this expensive (plus expensive accessories) I think that having to pay £5-10 in returns postage (and for delivery) feels a little frustrating. Also - my parcel was sent in 3 boxes and this meant I was unable to drop them at a drop off point or at the post office. Trying to arrange to be in the house for a pick up can be hard when you work full time!”

So sorry that you were disappointed with the shipping and returns processes and costs. A you can imagine we have many customers wanting to try several options of dress in the comfort of their own home and we like to make sure that the packaging keeps the dresses in great condition and of a manageable size which is why three boxes will have been used to get your items ordered to you. We understand that it can difficult to return such a large order and we do offer a couple of options to do this, one is a collection from home and the other is a drop off locker service for people who are out and about at work. These services are subsidised by Tiffany Rose to try and make your returns fee as cost effective as possible for all of us. “The dress I ordered was gorgeous but too small in the bust area. Since this company is in the UK (and I am from the USA) it would cost me over $100 to ship it back to exchange for another size. I would encourage customers in the USA to order larger that way they can at least have it altered to fit.”

“I bought the burgundy waterfall wrap dress, very disappointing quality. The material felt cheap and the colour wasn’t as deep as in the photos. I have bought other dresses which were lovely and if good quality so I would say TRM is good overall but I would not recommend that particular dress. Customer support was excellent.”

“The dress is amazing, but not good for big breast and tiny body. You need to be either fat or slim for the dress to fit you well. A bit disappointing for the price and the quality of the fabric which is amazing. I am.very slim but with big breast and the dress doesn't fit me well. I had to take a bigger dress but even with that it is too short at the breast. Such a shame.”

“Beautiful dress (Chloe long wedding dress) well made and fits a pregnant body very nicely. However, the dress is quite impossible to pull over head without ruining hair and makeup. I just brought it to a seamstress to add a zipper to the back. Dress looks good with small belly and big belly, true to size. Delivery unfortunately was several weeks but I'm happy with my purchase.”

“Da die Ware aus England kommt ist alles komplizierter. Die Ware hing ewig beim Zoll fest und ich musste dann selber da anrufen. Rückversand ist ebenfalls komplizierter und umständlicher. Auch hier musste ich selber bei DHL anrufen. Service war nett.”

“The dress is beautiful and fit like a glove. The only problem I had was the nursing part. I'm not very big up top and it just laid wrong. I would suggest that there's a way to be able to close when nursing is not needed. I ended up tacking this part of the dress, but it still didn't lay right.”

“Lovely dress to breast feed in. I bought the black dress and unfortunately after one wash there is quite significant wash fade. A bit disappointed but unlikely to wear again anyway”

“Robe de bonne qualité; mais livraison non fait a domicile alors que cela était prévue et payé; pas d appel pour prévenir ni d'avis de passage . Il a fallu aller chercher le colis dans un relais . le colis avait été livré par DHL. Donc merci de voir avec votre transporteur. Je souhaiterais d ailleurs un remboursement de la livraison que j ai payée”
