“The service I received was excellent and I can't complain about that as the postage was quick and it was presented beautifully, however for the amount I paid for the dress £150, I'm not happy with the quality of the material as after a few wears it's already fraying and looking shabby. The elastic in the material is sticking out all down the seams and makes it look old and worn out. Does this normally happen please because I'm really disappointed with the dress so far and it needs to last me a year during my pregnancy and a bit afterwards. I'm a wedding singer and need to look smart and hope this dress doesn't get any worse. If you can help me I'd be very grateful, thank you.”

“Customer service from online ordering to home delivery is excellent. However, I was very disappointed with the quality and design of the £165 dress I ordered. Will not buy from Tiffany Rose again.”

“I liked the purchase but thought it was overpriced by about 30%. Not knowing the sizes I ordered size 1 and 2 and had to send the size 2 back. A prepaid postage label is the least you can provide for the cost of the items you sell.”

“The dress is certainly beautiful although I feel it is more of a size 12 than a 10-12 and feels enormous on me. I just hope I can grow a lot bigger before my friends wedding!”

“The service was fine. Items arrived nicely packed and return was issued promptly. Dress fabric wasn't as high quality as I thought and will easily catch on rings etc. Why I can't give a better rating than normal is that you are primarily an online boutique with products in excess of £100 each and you still charge significant postage...and don't provide a free returns policy. with only four stores in the UK, for most of us there is no option to try on in store or opt for a free collect service like many other retailers now offer. As you are primarily online, most people will need to buy two for size particularly as you're not pregnant for long and can't always be sure of your size requirements.”

“Beautiful design, however needs a better size guide with exact measures. The dress was slightly small when I bought my pre-pregnancy size, which is recommended and I don't think I can wear it until the end of my pregnancy. I called to ask for advice, but was not very helpful.”

However we are sorry to read that you had a rather disappointing experience with sizing. It is true that as a general recommendation, we advise our customers to go by their pre-pregnancy size, but each woman is different, so it really depends. “Hello, I have made two separate purchases from Tiffany Rose and have had two completely different delivery experiences. Firstly - the dresses are beautiful, amazing, fit well, look great and are exactly as advertised. I will definitely buy another from Tiffany Rose if the occasion arises. The difficulty I had was with the first delivery. I live in Madrid, Spain - a relatively close delivery from the UK. For both purchases I ordered a fast track delivery - I was departing for Australia to attend two weddings and the fast track option should have had my dress delivered the day before my departure at the latest. Tiffany Rose dispatched my dress on the day of my order (EXCELLENT!) but as soon as it reached Spain there was a hold up. The dispatch company used was DPD - and as my order hadn't arrived in the 3 days business time frame I emailed them to check where my dress was. Their response was "The sender has dispatched this parcel to Spain via our classic road service which is a 3-4 working days transit time. If you paid for an express delivery, I would advise you to speak to the sender about this". In short - they blamed Tiffany Rose for not advising the company that I had paid for a fast track order. I emailed again the next day, looking for my parcel and its expected delivery time and was advised "I am sorry to advise that one [sic] a parcel is exported, it is impossible to upgrade the service". Which didn't make sense - as I had already requested and paid for the upgraded service. I made a few frantic phone calls during the day to the local DPD office asking where the dress was - could I collect it from a local depot? They responded that it was not possible and they could only advise my parcel would be delivered before 8pm.... The dress arrived at 6pm - I departed my house for my flight at 6:20pm. My dress was dispatched on the 5th of November and arrived in Madrid on the 11th - 6 days later... It was very stressful - I had no opportunity to try the dress on before my departure to make sure everything was fine. I love the dress though - and took a risk to order a second. Although I didn't need the fast delivery - I was so concerned with my last experience that I paid for the fast track delivery anyway. On this occasion it was delivered within 2 days no problems with DHL! So in short - I loved the dresses - I'd buy another - but had a really stressful and difficult experience with one out of two of my deliveries. I had a difficult and stressful experience dealing with DPD. Cheers Amanda”

“The color of the dress is not exactly what we see on internet. The color on internet seems slightly pink, but when i received the dress the color was more beige. It is write that the dress comes with a free ribbon / shawl, but i was a little bit disappointed because the free thing was only the ribbon that we see on all the pictures of the dress so we thought that it makes part of the dress. So I thought that the ribbon is fixed on the dress, but it is not the case, so I have to tape it to the dress to be sure that it is not moving and stay beautiful.”

“Overall I was quite happy with the dress I bought. It was a lovely colour and very comfortable to wear. I wore it to a wedding at 28 weeks. However, the sash didn't stay in place at all like it does on the model and I had to get it sown on. Also, the pencil skirt wasn't particularly fitted and I had to get that taken in too. Also the dress is quite low cut. I was a 32D before pregnancy and, as with most expectant mothers, I've gone up a size or two on top I was a little self conscious.”

“You have a fantastic customer service, and I would be happy to trade with you again - until I discovered, that a similar dress to the one I bought is now on sale. If I had known this at the time, when I bought the dress, I would have chosen to buy the other dress - which at the same time is cheaper than the one I bought.”

“Recently purchased the Bluebell Gwen dress and Velvet blue Cocoon dress. Both very comfortable and flattering compared to most other maternity wear. However, after wearing the Gwen dress only twice it needed to be re-hemmed, which I definitely wasn't expecting given the cost to purchase it.”

“The dress is lovely and the service was good; it arrived quickly and it was packaged nicely. However, I was disappointed to discover that the return delivery was not covered by Tiffany Rose and instead I had to shell out another £9 to return and exchange the dress for another size. When maternity clothing at a reasonable price is so hard to come by this was a most frustrating factor!!”

“I thought the delivery service was good. Bit disappointed with the quality of the dress. Fabric doesn't look as nice in reality as on the website, fringe of the dress was a bit shabby looking. I chose the dress as a wedding guest outfit to a black tie event. Will need to dress it up a little with accessories. Sorry but was a bit disappointed.”
