“I made a ~$650 purchase just before Thanksgiving. I reached out on Black Friday/Cyber Monday when I realized the dress was on sale (approx $150 off). I did not recieve a reply, and I'm disappointed the sale price wasn't honored within such a short window.”

“J'ai commandé un legging de sport qui est de très bonne qualité cependant attention à bien choisir votre taille car le retour est très onéreux : 19,95€ le retour et vous devez de nouveau payer des frais de livraison. J'ai payé au total 94,85€ pour un legging qui en coûte 55€ ! Si j'avais su je n'aurais rien acheté !”

“Quick delivery, lovely presentation. However the quality of the materials used is poor. It marks so easily and is unwearable after getting marked after a few hours use. Very disappointed, especially with the high price I’ve paid.”

“Looked lovely on the picture but the fabric was a shiny jersey which made it look a bit cheap, and it just kind of hung on me like a sack- had to send back unfortunately.”

“-il y a un très grand écart entre les prix britanniques et les prix suisses. - La dentelle n'est pas assez belle pour le prix payé par les personnes en Suisse. -malgré la rapidité du service de livraison, il ne vaut pas forcement la peine de retourner le produit en Angleterre à cause de toutes les taxes de douanes et le DHL. Vous restez donc avec un habit sur les bras que vous chercherez à revendre seconde main. Il faut ainsi mieux avoir de la chance avec la taille choisie. J'ai pour ma part trouvé que les habits taillaient plus petit que ce qui était inscrit sur leur tableau des tailles. Enfin bon, je suis déçue de mes achats”

“While needing something last minute and lack of options due to Covid-19 the dress was comfy and stretchy although, the material felt cheap and overall look, compared to the picture looked more off white than white white. Definitely NOT WORTH $200 I paid, people please look elsewhere before purchasing from this overpriced WISH website.”

“beautiful dress, vividly colored, fits very nicely, but very pricey for the quality of the material used. I cannot say that I'm completely unhappy with the purchase, but had I seen this at a shop, I would most likely not buy it at this price.”

“I`m happy with my Dress and I loved the way you took care - very personally and fast. When I received the Dress I was surprised how lovely it was packed. something critical: material is different than I thougt it would be. All in all I would by again at Tiffany Rose. Best regards Yvonne”

“The first parcel was lost by Royal Mail. When I contacted the company to say the goods hadn’t arrived I was asked to contact my neighbours to see if they had it and then after confirming they didn’t I was asked to wait another week to see if it turned up before they would issue a new order. The second order was sent recorded delivery and arrived safely. Now having tried on the goods it is apparent that the company’s clothes are not suitable for those who are probably larger than a G cup as the seam between the top and bottom of the dress sits very high. Unfortunately all of the different styles I ordered had the same problem so all are going back. The company charge you for returning goods or if you don’t use their service they expect you to pay postage to return the items. They also say that until the goods are received by the company they are your responsibility which means if the Royal Mail loose the package (like they did when delivering) I won’t get a refund at all. Every other maternity retailer I have ordered from recently, seraphine, vertbaudet, Dorothy Perkins, Debenhams, John Lewis etc have offered free returns which is very helpful when maternity lines are only offered online rather than at high street stores. I wa surprised to see that Tiffany Rose wasn’t matching it’s competitors on this.”

Hello, Thank you for your feedback. We're so sorry to hear this, our standard procedure is to check if the parcel has been left with neighbours or the post office first, as this can often be the case. If the parcel is not located then we will send a replacement straight away (within working hours). We charge a small fee of just £5 for customers to use our DHL collection to return items, no matter how many dresses. On this occasion and as a gesture of goodwill we would be more than happy to offer you our DHL collection free of charge. “very disappointed with the quality of wedding dress ordered from tiffany rose . arrived folded up in some paper, not even in a plastic bag, and was creased . being returned for full refund and will be looking elsewhere”
