“The dress was really lovely and flattering but had a really foul smell. I washed before wearing and it was fine.”

“I bought the colour block dress in biscay blue. Scoring 3 stars as the colour is more purple than navy. The green and blue are very close in colour but have more of a contrast on screen. Lovely cut, just below knee and I’m 5’9, 143lbs. But the most disappointing factor is the material, wrinkles a lot and on washing, the line of the clothes horse dries into it. Less viscose please.”

“I wore this dress to my civil ceremony while 8 months pregnant. The fabric is cool and very comfortable, the detail on the lace is stunning and it sits very well over the bump 😃 the sash on the other hand was a nightmare, the decal stuck to the dress to everything really and ruined the lace at the bust line, everytimr I stood up I would have to “de tangle” it from the dress it was really expensive and 100 percent not worth the money and was much smaller than pictured do not buy it”

“Dress was lovely although I felt overpriced even at sale price - was expecting a thicker jersey material. I had lots of compliments at the wedding I wore it to, and it was very comfortable to wear. However after two washes has started pilling despite following washing instructions :(”

“The dress looks very good and fits like a glove. I am however I bit disappointed in the quality of the fabric. It looks like a nightgown material more than a wedding dress. I’ll probably have to wear a petticoat at the waist so the fabric doesn’t get stuck in the groove between my buttocks. More over, the sash (I ordered the vintage rose color) feels rougher and stiffer than I expected.”

“I bought the Mia long gown. It is simply beautiful however proves hard to wash. The skirt is dry clean only but the top has plastic sequins so should not be drycleaned. Makes it impossible to wash.”

“I like the dress that I bought from TR a lot. However, I asked a customer service person about the import tax that you have to pay when you are shipping dresses from the UK to the US and they told me that I would be able to get the import tax back after returning the dresses through their delivery service (DHL). This is actually not a service that DHL provides and the process is quite complicated and requires either hiring a US customs broker or figuring out a convoluted process on your own. As a result, I ended up paying about $100 that I can't get back and that was pretty frustrating. I wish that the TR representative had been better informed about that process.”

Duties can be claimed back through the courier for orders below the $800.00 threshold. However for orders above this threshold, you would need to contact customs directly to request the duties back. “The dress looks very pretty, but the fabric is not as good as expected. It also fits good enough, but the nursing solution could have a quite bigger opening, for an easier breastfeeding experience. However, the shipping service is very good: perfect the packaging and the tracking informations provided”

“Lovely dress but for some reason the packaging had an overwhelming smell of fish. I aired the dress and didn't have time to wash and it smelt badly until I washed it the next day. Very off putting. Thanks”

“Hi I liked the dress I ordered but it doesn’t fit right on me and I wanted to send it back for a refund but I just tried it on and it’s past the 14days . The dress was for a wedding next week . I don’t need anymore maternity clothes since my baby is due in two weeks so I may as well keep the dress. I think 14 days is not enough time . Dress still has tags on it and I’ll never wear it so I feel Like I’m just out $70. Kind of a bummer but like I said no point in exchanging it for anything. Maybe I can give it away.”

“Good day Tiffany Rose, I received your product in October with the intention of wearing the Anna Shift Dress (Midnight Garden) Size 2 / CA 6-8 for a wedding and my baby shower. Initially our of the package the dress is beautiful, comfortable and magnificent pattern. However, after one short wear, the dress has pilled and looks as though the material is fading. I was expecting a much better quality for the price. I have not tried to dry clean it yet but I am not hopeful and disappointed that I can wear it for my baby shower and have only had one wear.”

“Lovely colours and great quality fabric but slightly small with funny fitting shoulders and not as smart as I'd expected. I bought it for my daughter's christening but had to buy another dress as think this one looks too casual. Tiffany Rose only give 14 days to return for refund so I missed this as presumed 30 days like most companies. Also the dress takes ages to dry because it has so many layers.”

“Excellent customer service. Easy to use website. The dress itself is made of jersey which feels nice. However, the material has already started to go bobbly which is disappointing as I have only worn it once for a few hours and have not yet washed it. As a result, I probably wouldn't buy from this company again. The dress did the job for the wedding I attended and I thought the style was flattering.”
