The dress itself is great, albeit a little on the long side. I just wish that returns were free, when you're ordering something this expensive (plus expensive accessories) I think that having to pay £5-10 in returns postage (and for delivery) feels a little frustrating.
Also - my parcel was sent in 3 boxes and this meant I was unable to drop them at a drop off point or at the post office. Trying to arrange to be in the house for a pick up can be hard when you work full time!
