“We have had our insurance with TH March for approx 15 years and luckily never needed to claim, however unfortunately we had to claim for a repair in March. We were extremely impressed with the whole process between our jeweller and TH March, which from submission of claim to authorisation to repair was quick and stress free.”

“We have insured with T H March for a number of years and always found the process easy. Recently we had loss/damage to a piece of jewellery and had to make a claim. We called the company to guide us through the process and Steph was extremely helpful in advising us how to process the claim. We completed a claim form, took a photo and obtained a repair estimate. Everything was submitted by email. After a couple of follow up questions the claim was approved. March settle the bill directly with the repairer. The whole process from claim submission to approval took just one week. We highly recommend March for jewellery insurance ad we are very impressed with their claims process.”

“Quite simple a brilliant company to insure your valuables . Unfortunately my wife lost her bracelet Michelle Hayward my case handler was first class. From the start of the claim to the end Michelle was extremely Patient , helpful and understanding in a stressful time for us. The claim didn't take long and with Michelles help we were very happy that TH March paid for a new replacement . I soon realised that most of the Jewellers in my town are insured by TH March for obvious reasons! I would highly recommend this company and I won't be going anywhere else to insure my valuables that's for sure.”

“I literally couldn't fault TH March. I lost my engagement ring which I was absolutely devastated about but the whole process of getting a replacement was so straightforward and everyone I dealt with was more than helpful. I couldn't recommend them enough to anyone getting their jewellery insured. Thank you so much again.”

“I was mugged outside my door and my watch was stolen I was in a very dark place for quite a while Police inquiries, statements etc which were very stressful The insurance claim from TH March was the least stressful I received the highest standard of professional care, which was courteous, empathetic and very understanding The claim was dealt promptly with no delays or undue stress to me Oliver and Michelle and the rest of the staff did a wonderful job”

“I lost a ring of great sentimental value; and had several sleepless nights and hours of anguished searching before contacting THM and putting in a claim. The people I spoke to were so very helpful and calming when I must have sounded like a headless chicken! Michelle and Stephanie....thank you!
