“Impressive website with lovely selection of products and speedy delivery. However, I was a bit surprised to find the stems rolling around loosely inside the box with little protection. Fortunately the outside box was substantial. Looking at the other reviews, this doesn't seem typical at all but in this case I think the presentation/packing was disappointing for an order exceeding £100.”

Hi Sue Thankyou for your product review. We are so sorry to hear you found the website misleading. We never say on their they are sold as a pair, and they so in fact state "Speckled Ceramic Bunny". You also do have to physically select a small or a large size. However, I do take your comments on board and more than happy to support on a return. I have checked all incoming emails via our customerservice - but sadly there is not one from you. Can you please check you have sent to the correct address? In the meantime, I have emailed you direct and hopefully we can support. The last thing we want is for anyone to find the website or product descriptions misleading. “I ordered some eucalyptus stems. But received blossom stems instead. I cannot fault the customer service as when I contacted them I had a response within 5 minutes and the replacement stems received the next day. However, although the stems are lovely, I happened to be in Dunelm the same day and picked up a couple of their blush eucalyptus stems. They were 5 each and compared to the £8:per stem I paid, they are much larger. So order rtinged with disappointment bu I will keep them rather than return as realise it is a small business.”

Hi Jannifer. Thankyou for your comments around our customer service - it means a lot, although once again sorry we sent out the incorrect item to you, but glad we resolved it within 24 hours. Regarding the Eucalyptus comparison with Dunelm, the extra couple of £ spent with us is for a better quality real touch leaf (it looks and feels like the real deal) rather than plastic leaves you see here in your image. These subtle differences makes a big difference to overall look and appearance. Hope this helps! Thanks again Best wishes Chris x

“I love your product, it’s a beautiful wreath. However my foliage did not arrive as white and full in colour as shown in your videos, the buds and flowers are much more grey which is a little disappointing”

“After seeing my daughters preserved autumn beech which she’d ordered, I decided to order the same . I also ordered dried Achillea and 2 ceramic pumpkins. Was disappointed that the 3 sprigs of beech were quite sparse unlike my daughters ( I thought she’d had 2 bunchs but she hadn’t) I am aware that it goes on weight. I was very pleased with the pumpkins which are good value. Not sure if I’d order anything else again.”

“I had been looking for this shaped bowl for a while so I was excited to receive this. The item was well packed and arrived promptly. Unfortunately, I was a little disappointed in the quality. You can see the seam on both sides of the bowl where it has been stuck together from two halves and the surface on one side is a little bumpy/imperfect. Once the flowers are in and you stand back to admire them I may be distracted from the bowls finish.”

“I follow Ashley on IG and love her flowers but sadly I was disappointed with my delivery, I don’t feel the faux flowers are any better than the ones I got from Dunelm and homesense yet they are a lot more expensive. One of the leaves also had green glitter paint on. Thankfully the customer service email was responded to very quickly and they’ve offered to replace it.”

Hi Zoe. We are surprised to hear you compare our stems to the highstreet stores you’ve mentioned - we’ve never had this before from thousands of customers and reviews - but appreciate your feedback and time in providing us your opinion. As explained in my email - if you are unhappy with the quality of the stem, the offer of a refund still stands, but you responded and chose to have a replacement stem sent, regardless of not being happy with the quality. “I actually still haven't received my order as the delivery company said they were unable to deliver on the time they gave me, despite me being at my home address waiting for my delivery! So not very impressed with the delivery firm sadly.”

“Hello, I thought my standing bunnies were lovely, but disappointed with the blossom very small, I purchased the same products from Wilko and Matalan, much better quality. And the hanging bunnies were so tiny you can hardly see them on my tree. Overall good and bad.”

“A little disappointed in the lack of foliage in my wreath box, not enough greenery. Would like to have made a larger one and nowhere near as much as in the video. My ribbon was too short to tie a bow and poor quality, if I had known I would have purchased some myself.”

“Product is great but it took longer than the estimated 3-5 day delivery time for the order to even be processed. I thought it was due to wanting to avoid royal mail strikes but the delivery was via courier.”

“Lovely product but dreadful delivery- was delivered to completely the wrong address and was damaged as it was dropped over their side fence. It was also left in the rain until our neighbours returned home from their trip away meaning it was also wet.”
