“The Suffolk Nest is a really amazing company, they are professional and sophisticated whilst making their products accessible. I think the pricing is spot on for the quality of the products you have. I have to say I have lit the candle I purchased today and am very impressed with it, the candle burns all the way round (not like just the middle as some candles do) and the smell really fills the room. I honestly cannot rate the company enough, everything they have brought out and produced I love and I will without a doubt be purchasing more items from them. Really fantastic thank you ☺️”

“After placing a second order for the Faux Wreath Napkin Rings, I wanted to purchase the Faux Juniper Branches after seeing a tutorial video from Ashlee. (I can highly recommend the Faux Juniper Branches, the quality is outstanding and are hard to distinguish from the real thing!) I contacted via their email to see if I was able to add to my original order and received a prompt and warm response from Chris who took care of everything. You make it look so easy Ashlee! Here is my first attempt with flowers from my garden - not perfect yet, but I will keep practicing. “Hi Ashlee and the team I have just opened my flowers Just a few points, I've been buying from you since you launched you flowers and mostly love them There were two reasons I was disappointed, 1- the yellow flower which was £24 looks very cheap and plastic. 2- the length of the box seems to be getting shorter, therefore the stems are now always bent, I know they are flexible, but do feel slightly annoyed when spending £135.00”

“Was very disappointed in the candle holders I bought from you , so difficult buying on line as to size ! Was soo much smaller than realised, which I then had to purchase the candles from you , as couldn’t seem to buy them anywhere else , therefore paying postage fees twice. Was even more disappointed with your customer service, your reply was very unhelpful”

Hi Caroline. Thankyou for your review, although I'm so sorry you're disappointed with the size of the candlesticks and of course, saddened with just the 1 star review. We do clearly state the dimensions of each size candlestick on the website, and do also link which candles these fit - also with dimensions. I do empathise with you, but unfortunately there is little else we can do.
