“Just arrived. Quality is great,as always from this brand... but size is so much smaller than you think... disappointed will have to find others to mix and match. .”

“Disappointed with the length of ribbon on the roll not enough to make a bow ..quality good but for £9 would have expected a longer length !!”

“I don't know why I have ' received review how we have done ' as I'm Still waiting for my parcel to be delivered ! Hopefully tomorrow morning I don't want to leave a negative star but this order and my previous order I had to chase up Previous orders I have had within a few days”

“Very disappointed, I ordered what I thought was about 3 stems of eucalyptus but it was only 1 stem. That is a ludicrous price with postage included! The picture is very misleading. I am sorry I will not be using or recommending you. Such a shame when you have a beautiful website!!!!”

I'm so sorry you are disappointed. Truly, this is the last thing we want from any of our customers. This is the first I have heard of your disappointment. I am more than happy for you to return your 1 stem of natural eucalyptus and offer a full refund. We do believe this is very competitively priced at just £5.50. Thankyou for your kind words regarding our beautiful website - we do ensure all product descriptions state clearly that price is sold per stem - which has also carefully been photographed; to ensure it's very clear what customers will be receiving.
