Impressive website with lovely selection of products and speedy delivery.
However, I was a bit surprised to find the stems rolling around loosely inside the box with little protection. Fortunately the outside box was substantial.
Looking at the other reviews, this doesn't seem typical at all but in this case I think the presentation/packing was disappointing for an order exceeding £100.
