I ordered some eucalyptus stems. But received blossom stems instead. I cannot fault the customer service as when I contacted them I had a response within 5 minutes and the replacement stems received the next day. However, although the stems are lovely, I happened to be in Dunelm the same day and picked up a couple of their blush eucalyptus stems. They were 5 each and compared to the £8:per stem I paid, they are much larger. So order rtinged with disappointment bu I will keep them rather than return as realise it is a small business.
