“Ordering from the Suffolk Nest is such a lovely experience, they arrived quickly in a lovely strong box and are beautifully packaged. It feels such a luxury to open them up. The flowers themselves are beautiful, they have very long stems that can be bent into position to get the look you want.”

“Thanks for a speedy delivery and carefully protected product. The hazel branches are beautiful (just like on your website), versatile, a bit pricey but should last me for years. I look forward to using them for my Easter display!”

“The moss is fantastic quality and I am very happy with all purchases apart from the bulbs which were damaged en route hopefully I have salvaged them and they will bloom ok but Ithink the deliverytossed the box around as the soil was spilt and one bulb looks very squished”

“Wonderful quality and quick delivery. Only slight niggle would be that at times items on the website say ‘coming soon’ and take a long time to come back in stock. I would rather the product didn’t show on the website until actually available. Also, a number of products have been listed as ‘sold out’ which seems pointless to even have them listed on the website really when again they aren’t available and I have noticed that eventually they just disappear from the website anyway. Just a small gripe otherwise love the quality from The Suffolk Nest.”

“Items received all beautiful however the box which the wreath was delivered in arrived damaged and dirty which means it is therefore unsuitable to use for storage. Disappointing considering high price point.”

After reviewing the image, it seems that the stem has been cut, but please note that once these branches are placed in an arrangement, the bottom of the stem should not be noticeable. “Very pleasant to deal with and the home products are lovely. I had a very prompt response to a query. I can’t manage the wreaths tho ! Just done the summer one complete mess. I ran out of materials so it would have been helpful to know how many bunches would be needed. But I will continue to shop at the Suffolk next as I like the way they deal with customers.”
