“Great service. Was able to pick a delivery slot less than two working days away. My ZZ and money tree both arrived beautifully packed and well hydrated. The ZZ was in particularly great condition, and looks amazing. Unfortunately the money tree suffered some damage in transit to its very delicate stems, but James (the founder) was super understanding, and offered a discount on it as it couldn't be replaced (it had gone out of stock). Nothing wrong with the money tree healthwise - just needs some pruning and will be in top aesthetic shape in a couple of months (hopefully!!). Highly recommend The Stem, and will be back to buy more when I can make some more space in my house!”
