“Excellent company! Great selection of plants - particularly like the easy you can filter them to find exactly what you need (for example pet safe). Very cheerful and friendly delivery man and as they were hand delivered this meant there was also minimal packaging which is obviously better for the planet! Love both of the plants I got and the fact there was such extensive information available from The Stem about how best to care for them as well. Would thoroughly recommend and will definitely be using again :)”

“Excellent service from The Stem team, realised I had missed something from the address(the flat no) so pretty important. When I have had similar issues like this with other company it’s in the past getting it amended had been almost impossible. I sent an email and got an immediate reply (from an actual person no less ) informing me this had been sorted . Nice to see on line can still feel personal and mistakes can be easily corrected after you have clicked the “place order” button. 100% will be using The Stem again and have already recommended to others”
