“This was a big waste of time and money. Unless you can afford high profile influencers it doesn't work. They tell you if it doesn't work right away keep trying which is code for keep wasting your money and time.”

“The influencers are not held accountable. You make a contract and they do as they wish on their time line. The contract means nothing. We shipped product and received nothing. Social cat has a long ways to go for improvments before this service will be a viable service.”

“I have had a good experience with Social Cat so far. I've only experienced a couple of collaborations where the brand didn't send me the product or I received it much later than expected. Of course, that's not Social Cat's fault. My latest collaboration with Cartograph Coffee went great! I wish there were a better way to sort through offers. For example, if I look through "Fashion", there are many more opportunities for Women's fashion, than Men's fashion. I have to click on every single one to find out who the clothing is made for.”

“My experience was fine. I did the free trial and one month at the second tier. I had one campaign and ended up completing 2 full collaboration, sent 3 gifts out and one creator completely ghosted me and never completed discussed deliverables. I have a specific audience due to my price point and the “applicants” (for the most part) did not match my audience needs. Also, some that show up as applied on my end had no interest in actually working with me or seemed like they hadn’t really even applied. Very expensive for what it accomplishes and for a niche brand would prefer to just find the partners organically.”

“I have been using social cat for a month. I’ve met some nice influencers I’ve also met some lazy ones and some scam artist who took my product and told me she didn’t receive it but UPS says she did receive it and she signed for it. I reported it and no one got back to me I’m considering changing to another influencer group because I’d rather pay more money and get better quality influencers to work with.”
