“Sadly, after sending product to five "creators" only two provided content, the other three simply disappeared without ever responding to follow-up inquiries. Can't say these results merit a monthly payment of any sort and we'd recommend steering clear of this platform.”

Thank you for your feedback, Paul. I'm sorry to hear that your experience with the creators didn't meet your expectations. Unfortunately with the nature of gifted collabs, "in the wild" the percentage of creators who post content is 30%, whilst working on the platform significantly increases this- it's important to manage expectations. I'd always recommend only working with verified creators and checking all reviews on the creator's profile as 99% of the time in these cases, this will be a new creator struggling with understanding the process. Having said that, we do remove creators from the platform if they do behave in this manner, so please email us ASAP on hello@thesocialcat.com and we will remove these creators. Don't forget to check your account as they may well have posted the content for you since!

“I love the blogs that they send you. They have good advice! But when it comes to messaging like they remind you about brands, I get a little anxious because they remind you to make content or else you can get a negative impact or something. But I don’t have the product in hand in order to make content. Then I have to message back and forth until it’s resolved. So I get a little hesitant for accepting anything because of the messaging system.”

“Unfortunately, this campaign turned out to be a waste of both time and money. Out of the three creators we engaged: • One still has not delivered any content, even after receiving the product. • The second went significantly off-script, resulting in material that is not usable for the brand. • The third creator, while providing quality content, has not generated any sales. Additionally, there is no effective mechanism to hold these creators accountable to the original agreement. Moving forward, we’ll need to rethink how we structure and enforce our creator partnerships.”

“Social Cat is a solid tool for managing and growing your social media presence. The platform makes it easy to schedule posts, track engagement, and get insights into performance, which is super helpful. The user interface is clean and easy to navigate, so it’s great for both beginners and experienced users. However, I did run into a bit of an issue. While there are a lot of brands available on the platform, I didn’t get as many offers as I expected, even though I have a fair number of reviews. It felt like the opportunities were limited for someone with my profile. Hopefully, this will improve over time, but it’s worth keeping in mind if you're looking to score partnerships regularly. Overall, Social Cat is a great tool for organizing your social media, but it could use a bit more consistency when it comes to offers.”

“We just completed our first month on Social Cat, and it was amazing! We launched our first gifted campaign and have had so many amazing applicants to choose from! Our influencer budget is small (like super tiny), so having access to talented creators (with awesome engagement) is exactly what our business needs. The content that we've gotten has been priceless.
