“The Social Cat app for brands to find micro influencers is OKay. It feels like all the nuts and bolts are in place, but overall it's a little clunky. It seems to have been designed for a specific workflow, but it's just needs some improvement to help influencers and brands have a very clear checklist and be accountable to keep things moving. The inbox is buggy as hell, content never loads so most influencers just communicate outside the app. There's no way to pay inside the app, so it's all a bit weird. It's a LONG way from being a streamlined product like Fiverr or Upwork - the team really needs to look at these as a north star. The biggest beef however is just the way Social Cat markets their product - constantly saying $10 per collaboration or $99 a month for 10 ads, etc. That price is only to connect with influencers, not actually paying them on average $100+ per video. Trust is important with customers, be more transparent right up front from marketing to product.”

“Closing all channels immediately upon the expiration of my subscription is a violation of consumer rights. I am unable to access any of the content for which I have paid agreements, and none of the produced content is accessible. This information was not provided to us in advance. When the 1-month campaign came to an end, we lost access to everything. We will evaluate legal processes.”

“Love using social cat. As a creator using the app I feel they’ve made it very easy to use. You’ll have Access to Helpful tips as well as auto follow ups that helps me stay on track and organized with these wonderful companies. Great new opportunities to work with added daily. “There is videos in my content library that I’ve never seen because they will not play nor allow you to save them. It is very difficult for brands to view content made for their company on Social Cat. Social cat is an amazing concept for content creators and brands but the website could use a ton of work.”

“I love social cat! So far it is the best platform I have been to connect brands to influencers and content creators! The only thing I think It need to improve, is that I would love to see more paid partnerships. I think content creators deserve more than just free samples.”
