“Overall - I really like the idea of the platfrom. It is great for small businesses but does require a lot of work on your end. So far, I have worked with a few amazing creators and a few who have yet to post (2 months later). You get what you pay for!”

We're working on improving some aspects of our product, but regarding the influencers posting late (2 months later), did you get a chance to report them? A reporting system on Social Cat is explicitly designed for this situation, where our team does all the heavy lifting for you. Unfortunately, if you don't report this type of situation, we're simply unaware of it, and we cannot help. Let's get in touch via email and see how we can help!

“I love your software. Great foundation to build and makes commutation easier. I do wish there is a better tracking mechanism of influencers contents. Take a look at Mighty Scout; if you guys can work together to combine features, it would be amazing. I also hope to see more dynamic content providers as you grow your network. Cheers.”

We're happy to announce that data collection for influencers is on our roadmap, and our team is working on this feature alongside others! “So easy to use, but it might be good to have a specific space for what you need from the influencers (a certain number/type of post etc). Bit frustrating to trawl through the influencers as some don't even look at your socials so they're clearly not a good fit for the business and a lot of them have a feed full of AD posts, but it's a great start.”
