“I have really enjoyed using social cat. I have made some great connections with brands and businesses. I would however like there to be some way to chase up brands that match with you and then never reply. Overall super helpful platform and don’t need to have 1000s of followers 👍🏼”

“Social Kat paused my account after not responding to a brand over a holiday weekend. Social Kat proceeded to email me and ask me why I didn’t respond to the brand over the holiday weekend and I gave a very in depth explanation, which I’m assuming they didn’t care for because my account was never reactivated and I never received a response. The good new is, I don’t need the Social Kat to connect with brands and neither do you! :)”

“The influencers available were only Instagram accounts that all followed each other and commented on each other’s accounts so no real exposure. Two of my influencers are over a month late with posting. Review system allows the influencer to see how you reviewed them immediately, so even if you do everything right, and they just weren’t great, you’re hesitant to review them because they might review you poorly out of spite.”

As I can see here, you are not quite happy with the services we provide, and I think it is normal to do the following: 1. I already refunded the payment into your account; there is no point in charging you for something that did not bring value to you. 2. I emailed you to learn more about this and possibly jump on a short call to talk more about this. We are well aware that our review system needs a bit of work to get where it should be; as of now, this is an early version of it, and we need to work more on it, so I completely agree with you. We already banned the influencers that did not post the content for you, as we got in touch with them and tried to have the campaigns up and running. The funny part is because we banned them, we also got a negative review from one of them. I would love to jump on a call with you to address each of these concerns and see how we can build a better product for our customers. Thanks again, and chat soon, Joe

“I can see how it could be helpful for businesses just starting. But as a fashion brand looking to work with a specific kind of influencer it was pretty time-consuming to look through all the collaborations most of which were either mummy or home accounts. If you are a brand that wants to work with home-style accounts instead of fashion, I think it could be helpful.”

Hi there, Appreciate the honest review; thanks a lot. Currently, we're working on acquiring a more diversified database of micro-influencers for brands. This takes a bit of time, especially because we reject so many accounts that are not respecting the rules to be accepted on Social Cat. We're also working on adding more filtering capabilities to be able to narrow down from specific niches. In this case, narrow down even more through the fashion niche.
