“Products are generally good but some of the stitching was loose before using on one of the bamboo cloths and has come undone after first use on the sponge.”

The sponge scourers need to be dried out before they can be packaged and dispatched out to customers. Rinse under water and give them a little massage before use to soften up. The sponges will become softer upon continued use with washing up liquid. They will also soften up with usage, so the longer you use it for, the softer and more malleable it gets. You can speed this up by popping it into the washing machine or dishwasher a few times.

“Quick service and delivery. I do find the kitchen sponge cleaners effect but they are too big for my hands and as they're stiff, they don't bend well to get into small areas.”

“The washing up sponges are very good but I do not think that 12 is a year's supply. One never lasts as long as a month. The cleaning clothes are a great idea but I found the the coloured cloth (green one in particular) came off on the surface so I had small green bits on my wall when i was wiping it down. Love the washing up gloves. They are thin but so far I have not gone through the finger like I alweays seem to do with rubber gloves.”

Thank you for the review. Our gloves are one of the first natural rubber household gloves to market in the UK that have passed biodegradability testing (in accordance with ASTM D5511). They are lighter because they have been specially developed to biodegrade. With the cloths generally, all textiles made from natural fibres will shed during wash and wear as this is the nature of the yarns which are made up of short and long fibres. Man-made fibres such as polyester and nylon will appear to have less shedding as the yarns are made up of a continuous filament/yarn.

“Find the Eco scourer sponges very good. Happy to know it is safer for the environment and reduces micro plastics cycling in water supplies. Found that 1 sponge last about a month, with regular use. The scrubbing site is effective at cleaning off tough stains/ burnt food.”

“Love the concept, but a bit too early to judge. The sponge/wood pulp scourers work well... But the first one is worryingly splitting already. Hopefully just a one off. Copper wool hasn't left bits of steel on things yet, but does discoloured anything that's not black Company seem great though - one item wasn't in stock for the starter pack, so they emailed said they were sending out the rest and then would send out the pop up sponges when they were back in stock, so I didn't have to wait. And they arrived about a week later.”
