Excellent cloth. The sponge/scourer is a bit stiff for delicate glass.

Glad you are loving the cloth. The sponge scourers need to be dried out before they can be packaged and dispatched to customers. Just rinse under water and give them a little massage before use to soften it up, the sponges will become more soft upon continued use with washing up liquid. They will also soften up with usage so the longer you use it for, the softer and more malleable it gets. You can speed this up by popping it into the washing machine or dishwasher a few times.

With the company itself no issues.

The sponge scourers are great. And I am still using the first one after several weeks. The bin liners are ok but sometimes split when removing from the bin and I have to use a second one to remove to the outside wheelie bin. They ten to stick to the stainless steel bin. I will continue to use because there is no alternative. Hopefully they can be improved. The copper scourers are excellent.

We know that thin compostable bin liners are a problem and so we've sourced the highest quality, most sturdy material that we've found that still complies with the highest compostability standards. That said they aren't quite like the plastic versions and so there are some tips to make sure they don't split available on our website that are (1) Store in a cool, dry place - heat speeds up their decomposition (2) avoid putting hot liquids in them, grease/oil, wool/animal products and dust (3) Change your liner more frequently if coming into contact with food waste, particularly meat products: as these start to rot they cause the liners to decompose faster (4) Keep your bin in a cool, dry place to help prolong the life of the liners. Glad you are enjoying the sponge and copper scourers.

cloths are lovely sponge is good but the scrubby side not great, they need to find something a bit coarser, the bamboo doesnt cut i, im having to soak pans more, but worth the extra delay if it helps save the planet, i will buy again, i love that i can wash again and again

Loofah fibres are naturally coarse and have good scrubbing power, yet gentle enough for non-scratch pans. If you require more heavy-duty cleaning, we suggest our copper scourers or washing-up brush

Trying them out, Recyclable gloves are excellent, the sponges are a little hard and do not hold soap as well as normal sponges and first one has cracked a bit but will perservere for the enviroment. Hoping that the sponges will last at least 6-8 months in total.

Good products, but the endless emails after were annoying

Love the scourers, they work well and do the job. Unfortunately the head fell off the the bamboo dish brush the first time we used it. It just needs a longer joint between the handle and the head and water proof adhesive to hold them together..

Would be better if the eco sponge scourers were a bit bigger. Otherwise very pleased

Our first sponges were bigger but we did listen to popular demand and made them 5% smaller. But glad you are pleased on the whole.

I really like that they are environmentally friendly sponges and comes with no plastic packaging either. For us they latesd around 6 months rather than 13 months.

Thats great to hear. Our gloves are one of the first natural rubber household gloves to market in the UK that have passed biodegradability testing (in accordance with ASTM D5511). They are lighter because they have been specially developed to biodegrade, but should work just as well as other household gloves on the market :)

Love the bamboo cloths and the copper coloured wire scrubbers. Both of which I will buy more of. I found the sponge scrubbers a bit too hard to use and not as good as the cheap supermarket plastic sponges, which I don't want to use. The loofah backing makes the sponge inflexible and difficult to hold and scrub in small corners.

Hello, glad you love the bamboo cloth and copper scourers. To soften the sponge scourer up just pop it in the washing machine to help this as the more you use it the softer it will become

My husband has fallen in love with your bamboo cloth and uses it all the time to wash up.

Very happy indeed with the cloths,,brilliant for washing up/kitchen and good as new when washed in the washing machine. Also the ‘scouter’ pads, particularly useful with non-stick saucepans etc. Don’t like the rubber gloves - don’t fit well and the tops curl over in use, meaning your sleeves get wet.

Other gloves can afford to have a thicker beads at the top, whereas ours conform to compostability and biodegradability testing, meaning in order to comply we cannot have this very thick elastic band. We do have a slight beaded edge for this reason. As a result, we recommend slightly folding in the gloves to stop them from dropping down. Glad you are loving the rest

Good selection for a starter kit. Not keen on the rubber gloves very thin and did not last long before getting a hole in.
