“This place should be called the Chinese Hot Tub warehouse cheap low quality hotubs at massively inflated prices .I’ve never dealt with a more vague salesperson . Add that to the £1000’s of pounds to heat and run each year I decided not to bother .”

“We are the most happiest people right now! Thank you so much to The hot tub warehouse for our beautiful hot tub… we absolutely love it!! Myself and husband were in two minds of getting one of these months ago, back and forth to the shop many times we never felt pressured once.. finally we made the decision to treat ourselves, what the best decision we made! Big thank you to Mark, Grant & Rob they have been great! When arrived it wasn’t the kindest weather from them and down the side of our house was very tight however these guys powered through made us feel at ease and never dulled our mood! Mark stayed until the tub was filled and explained/ demonstrated what needs to be done for maintenance which is pretty straight forward! We can’t wait for these winter nights in our tub under the stars with our alcoholic drinks with the lights and music on😜! Definitely recommend these guys thanks again all involved, we appreciate it! “We took advantage of the Wellis sale, purchasing the Wellis Palermo hot tub, the service was great with fast turnaround to suit our needs. We had to build scaffold and it was a bit awkward bit nothing was a problem! We love the tub and have had a great service from them. Also if you buy a tub from them you get 20% off any future purchases which is perfect for maintaining the tub with chemicals. Cheers lads and we highly recommend!”

“Really pleased with my experience with Hot Tub Warehouse! Got the perfect hot tub and a great service right from the start! We hadn't realised how complicated shopping for a hot tub could be until we started looking. As complete newbies, my wife and I went on Google and realised quickly that all the pictures and specs just looked the same to us. A couple of places we spoke with told us what we should buy and gave us a bit of a hard sell rather than listening to us. Hot Tub Warehouse were great though! We spoke with Grant and he took us through all the basics without us feeling like he was trying to oversell anything. Nothing felt rushed and when it came to delivery they did a great job of getting us up and running that day. A really relaxed experience from start to finish, and I would encourage anyone else to shop with them. Oh, and better prices than other places we looked at too!”

“Very happy with our new hot tub! Feels like we are constantly on holiday now! It was a smooth and easy set up. The XSPA App however did not connect to our Wi-Fi for the music etc. on the day but we managed to do that ourselves later. We are still waiting for a call to go through the chemical guidance and process.”
