“This is the worst service I have ever received! Ordered on 25/03 received the wrong order and I am still waiting on my original order!! Sent emails upon emails and have had no response! Money has been taken from my account but I have nothing to show for it!! Really beyond disappointed in this company!”

“My order was returned by Parcelforce, due to breakages. I contacted TheDrinksBasket and they promply organised a replacement delivery and even sent it on an overnight delivery. Well Done.”

“I checked my tracking number on Parcelforce today and to my shock horror my order has been delivered to the wrong address, someone has given a name of R Smith ( Not my name ) which was accepted by the driver and some weird signature was accepted. I will be contacting TheDrinksBasket and Parcelforce tomorrow.”

“I was so impressed with my first order I decided to order again. I wasn't disappointed. The items were packaged extremely well in bubble wrap cones to avoid any breakage in transit which is always a plus. Reasonably priced and delivery was quite quick considering we're dealing with Covid - 19. Thank you!”
