“Quick and easy service, will definitely use again”

“I have purchased 3 items from you web site but I’ve only received 2. I haven’t been contacted with regards to my final item bearing in mind they were all ordered at exactly the same time but as two separate orders only because the 3rd item was chosen after I’d ordered the first items. My mistake not yours. It was supposed to be tracked and signed for but I was out for the first delivery the second attempt was put on my step. By the time I git to the door the postman had left Again not your fault but the communication was lacking with being able to track the delivery Many thanks Fred”

“Good price, arrived sooner than estimated. Only problem, Parcelforce don’t give a time slot or send an email which day coming so missed first attempt then had to wait in all day until late afternoon on second attempt for delivery. DPD much better, give a 2 hour slot!!”

“Do not order a gift for this company if you are looking for a gift or personalised service Ordered a bottle of champagne to be delivered to a relative as a birthday treat. Gift arrived but with completely the wrong gift message inside for the wrong person. It wasn’t just the wrong message either. It was handwritten in another language. Called drinks basket and was told someone would call me back. They haven’t. Emailed them twice. Absolutely no response. So embarrassing as the relative did not know who the gift was from on receipt, which resulted in many awkward calls and texts to friends and family to find out Awful customer service. Will not order again and suggest other customers thinking of ordering a gift also steer well clear Appreciate mistakes get made but not acknowledging them or looking to rectify them for customers is unforgivable”

“Do not buy. Company take your money then don’t send what you ordered, instead sending goods worth a lot less than you spent. Customer service is awful. Would never use again”

“Despite the warning that orders were likely to take a lot longer than usual, my order still arrived within a week from ordering. The bottles were very well protected too. Very good prices as well, so I will definitely be ordering from here again! Excellent service.”
