“This was my first of many orders until my bad experance false advertising i did not get same as advertised i explained over phone call and was offered free returns postage to return which am still waiting over a week now . I have reported this to my card payment bank.”

“Had ordered for a birthday party and delivery said 3 to 5 days which meant that day 5 was the party day so would be perfect. The drinks have still not arrived and it's day 8!! I also wanted to check delivery and opened an account but my order wasn't on there as it was ordered before the account was opened. Still waiting for a delivery and have heard nothing from the company about a delay or anything. Not very impressed ☹️”

Hi Deborah I do apologise about this but this is the first we have heard about this issue. I have just tracked the package and it shows as Sorry, we tried to deliver your parcel on 28-03-2026 but there didn't seem to be anyone in. To book a redelivery, please choose an option below. I assume Royal Mail didn't leave a card to tell you this so i do apologise. I am emailing you now with the full details so you can collect the package.
