“Excellent service, prompt delivery and well packaged. I can make use of the packing materials too rather than consigning them to the bin. Prices for the products I purchased most competitive. Single malts are my vice, and one I happily indulge so expect more orders from me on a regular basis The Drinks Basket.”

“My first order did not arrive even though it had a signed for signature it was not mine so they sent me out another order it arrived within 48hrs I have purchased a second box of Larios and paid the extra postage it arrived within 24 hrs You can't buy this gin in the supermarkets my husband loves this gin it may cost a bit more but it is well worth it Customer Service are outstanding”

“Placed order few days went buy did not hear anything had to take the time to contact the drinks basket to inquire about my order . Was informed by the gentleman on the phone they had made a mistake with my Oder and apologised and informed me that one of the items was out of stock . For the inconvenience caused he refunded my postage and refunded the item that was out of stock and sent me 2 bottles of the item that was in stock . The items were sent by Royal Mail 24 was delivered the next day . I was impressed that how they delt with my order I know mistakes happen at times and the drinks basket handed this very professional and made me happy as a customer . Thank you”
