“First time buying from Drinks Basket. Would recommend using them. Excellent prices, easy to order. When order arrived packing was great, bottles very protected. Would have liked to be able to fully track my order, when track order selected on email just listed details of my order no other option to track. This was a tiny gripe in an outstanding service. Will be using them again. Thank you to team at The Drinks Basket”

“Delivery was short of 1x£45 bottle champagne. Rang straight away but no one answering phone so sent an email. Was promised delivery of missing bottle within 24 hours. Subsequent day, it still hasn't arrived, I've rung twice and no one ringing me back. Shocking service and I am still short of an expensive bottle bubbly. Update - Received call back following leaving this review and missing bottle was then sent and safely received.”

“I recently went for an Italian meal with my work colleagues and had some Santero prosecco. This is loveliest prosecco I have ever had, (being a dedicated prosecco drinker)! However you cannot buy it from any shops. I did a search on line and found the Drinks Basket sold it. I ordered 2 bottles and it was delivered really quickly with good communication. It was very well packaged. I have seen some other items here which I will definitely be purchasing and will be using the drinks basket in the near future. Excellent.!”

“ordered toffee vodka on Saturday using my phone. Paid for next day delivery assuming it would be Monday. When it didn't arrive I phoned. Next day delivery is only Monday to Friday, something that didn't appear blindingly obvious when ordering by phone! The guy I spoke to did refund my next day delivery costs and I actually got it delivered on Thursday. So good customer service but think the charges could be made clearer. Product itself is fantastic.”

“I ordered a bottle of Japanese whiskey for a birthday present and asked for next day delivery. I paid extra for this service and ordered on Thursday evening it didn't turn up until Tuesday. I was told I would get my postage refunded back to me. I am still waiting for this to happen! I like the idea of the business and I know they can't do anything about the post office messing up but when you offer to refund a customer you should follow through with your promises.”
