“My name wasn't on the package so it took 4 days for me to track it down as someone else had taken it from where it had been signed for at my workplace I did clearly state on my order my name & address. And I even sent a follow up email to clarify this.”

“I ordered "Dragon berry rum" but was delivered "Scorched cherry rum" which is similar but wrong. As it was a birthday gift I didn't have time to try and return the item and the person didn't like their present. I took a picture as I was going to try and and sort it out but when I called on the Saturday no-one answered so gave up. Colin”

“Ordered next day on a Monday and as the Monday was a bank holiday I expected it Wednesday. It arrived 20:30 on Friday and therefore missed the date for my friends birthday present so very disappointed. Packaging was great. Please refund the extra postage paid for next day.”
