“The website was quite easy to order from, the website was fine it was just me being a bit of a technophobe that is always the problem, but the fact that I managed to order from it tells me it must have been a pretty easy process. I was particularly impressed when The Drinks Basket themselves rang me to say that I had ordered 2 different bottles and was therefore about to pay 2 postage amounts, so did I want to combine the orders and pay only one postage !!! This has NEVER happened before, from ANY of the big companies eg Amazon, M&S, etc. I agreed to the suggestion and the postage for one of the items was put straight back into my account. How amazing is that ??? The bottles arrived within 2 days of ordering and they were so well wrapped with bubble wrap etc that it took us 5 mins to unwrap them. I cannot praise this company enough. Thank you very much x”
