“Having recently been to Benidorm for a short break, I discovered a drink (peorto de Indians strawberry gin) wow absolutely delicious. On my return to England I found it difficult to buy in the shop so looked online, thank you for taking me back to very enjoyable holiday every time I enjoy a tall gin and tonic over ice.”

“The dispatch and receipt was well advised and timely. Unfortunately, the wrong vintage was sent without prior notice. When advised, they offered to collect it but I said no need if you can confirm the sent vintage is as good as the other, and same price. Still await reply.”

“Wanted a boxed gift vodka and it was in stock at a good price. Despatch and delivery were fast and efficient. My only minor disappointment was that the gift packs were in a large box packed with styrofoam beads, which I hate but also they did not stop the contents sliding about. As a consequence one of the gift boxes was slightly damaged. This minor detail would not stop me using Drinks Basket again.”

“This was the first time I purchased anything from The Drinks Basket. I found them through a web search for the rhubarb flavoured vodka I ended up purchasing from the site. I also purchased Finlandia Grapefruit Vodka which has disappeared from the shops so I was happy to find both on the same website and at good prices. The website was very easy to use and I registered and paid with a credit card. However, after the sale I never received an e mail confirmation or a delivery confirmation, as provided by almost all other commercial websites. I checked the website and my order history said the order was “complete” but there was no delivery date or invoice to download. I didn’t know if I had been charged or if/when the order would be delivered so I sent an e mail to enquire about this but never received a response. My order arrived in about 3 days’ time and that is good but I have never received a soft copy of an order confirmation or a delivery confirmation. Summary: good website, easy to use, good products at good prices – but the customer service aspect of the site was quite poor, especially in comparison to other, similar websites.”

“Lovely product, was surprised to find that it came with a mixer and accessories too. However, the packaging came creased and didn't fit the product. The bottle itself was scratched and dented too.”

“The order didn't arrive on the day that I was told it would. Then was told it would be delivered between 1 and 2 o'clock on the following Monday. The delivery was to be made to my neighbours as it was a gift for a family member. It didn't arrive until later in the afternoon and had my home address on the parcel, luckily no body was in and the parcel was left with a neighbour but the wrong one! !!! Just minor slip ups and it will not prevent me from using your Company again. Wishing you all a happy Christmas.”
