“Ordered a giftset mermaid ginwith copa glasses arrived with tumblers which is not what the website picture was or said . No phone call to explain as l rang and they said we'll get back to you still waiting . Delivery was quick but not entirely what l ordered”

“The rating is probably a bit unfair as the service and price were good, however you should get all facts about the wine correct. I ordered the wine because I like viognier particularly when it has a bit of age. Your claimed vintage was 2017 the actual vintage was 2022, 5 years is quite a difference. I only ordered 6 with the intention of ordering more if it was ok, I'll have to wait a couple of years now”
