“Had ordered for a birthday party and delivery said 3 to 5 days which meant that day 5 was the party day so would be perfect. The drinks have still not arrived and it's day 8!! I also wanted to check delivery and opened an account but my order wasn't on there as it was ordered before the account was opened. Still waiting for a delivery and have heard nothing from the company about a delay or anything. Not very impressed ☹️”

Hi Deborah I do apologise about this but this is the first we have heard about this issue. I have just tracked the package and it shows as Sorry, we tried to deliver your parcel on 28-03-2026 but there didn't seem to be anyone in. To book a redelivery, please choose an option below. I assume Royal Mail didn't leave a card to tell you this so i do apologise. I am emailing you now with the full details so you can collect the package.

“First time I have used the drinks basket, I couldn’t get what I wanted for a present so used them, they were very good everything confirmed but didn’t hear when it was going to be delivered but it didn’t matter because it arrived really quickly, thank you.”
