“The whole transaction from speaking to you’re very friendly and professional staff to the delivery person the next day was past excellent. After inspection of my purchased blind spot driveway mirror l am extremely pleased with the product and it’s installation parts . Thank you for your first class service.”

“The Workplace Depot is absolutely top notch. Ordered a step ladder, arrived next day with brilliant communication on when it had been dispatched and when it would arrive. Required a VAT invoice from them so asked there support email if one could be sent to me and without any issues and incredibly fast, they sent me the invoice. Pleasure to do business with and would happily order here again.”

“I find this a really difficult review to write, the products are first class and great value for money but there is a big if, if you can manage to get your hands on the product. I placed two orders both for next day delivery. The first order was not collected on the correct night and the courier tracking was abysmal, I finally did get the product and I was really pleased with the quality. Second order was sent via and different courier and that was collected on the right night for an overnight service. Sadly this meant my package was delivered overnight to a courier depot that was probably further away from my location than the Workplace Depot is. The best I could get from the delivery company was that they would redirect to the correct depot and deliver it tomorrow but added, if they could deliver it to the correct depot, so even the customer service rep was far from confident. By now I was passed caring and told them not to bother as I was going to cancel the order, which I did. So why fives stars, well to be honest I cannot see how I can give less, the products are very well built and great value for money. Every one I spoke to at Workplace Depot was exceptionally helpful whether contacted by phone or Email. They even issued a credit and sent me a copy of the credit note within and hour of me cancelling the second order. It is a really great company with great products and staff but is clearly struggling to find a courier that can match their abilities.”

“Workplace depot have worked extremely hard to make sure we got our products despite the incompetence of their courier. What an excellent company and fantastic customer service staff let down by their courier.”

“excellent customer service, despite having an issue with the product, the team helped within 30 minutes offering a solution, also i hadn't received the VAT invoice, i emailed the customer services department and within 10 minutes i had the invoice in my inbox! amazing service all round. we will definitely order from you again!”

“My experience with this company was wonderful from start to finish. As I have a short retention disorder I need to be explained to quickly and quite a lot .This means I am often missing the most important information. A personal contact off this sort is especially important The lady quickly asked questions about my needs and understood quickly. Not many people have that ability. She is a great asset to any employer.”

“I bought a pack of 10 small bins, package arrived with some damage to 3 bins. Reported it to the Customer service and they were excellent with their support and send over a replacement pack. Will use them again.”
