“straight forward, competitive pricing and i like the online submission/upload for documents which were promptly replied to. Only had the policy for a month and thankfully not had to make a claim or 'use' my insurance in anger. So far so good!”

“Decided to use this company as price was good. Called to clarify a few details, told to do it online as it is cheaper. Completed everything and took out the policy, to then get bombarded with e-mails, texts and calls, to validate it! Sat on the phone for 20 mins whilst an incompetent worker went through all the details I had already inputted. I realised that if it is this hard to buy insurance it is time to walk away, imagaine if I had to claim! I was then told they would take £25 admin fee, even though the insurance had not started, as it still was not agreed by the underwriter! Buyer beware....”

“There part in all of this was very good. But when the insurer got in touch, I had to go through it all again. Whilst on the train. For her to eventually say, ah I found your quote after all”

“Well pleased with The Van Insurer comparison just wish had found it last year. With 1 year no claim bonus the savings were unbelievable this was a no brainer. Very good service would highly recommend. 5star all the way”
