“You kindly sent me an email telling me my van insurance was due. Being busy, I renewed my insurance without an checks my end. It turned out my insurance was not due and I was insured twice! As a result of having to cancel one of these policies, it cost me £85.00 cancellation fee. Thanks Van Insurer for getting your facts wrong and costing me money, I'll be sure to use you again!.....”
