“very good service very professional just what I needed thanks”

“I am happy with The Van Insurer, the staff were friendly and helpful. My only issue was that they contacted me and told me they could offer me a reduced quotation because they were 'quiet' that day and wanted my business however I was then informed the reduced quote was conditional to me producing written confirmation of my no claims details. This is proving difficult to attain and I am continually being sent texts requesting this document. I would much rather they offered the reduced rate because as they said 'they were quiet' that day not because they were taking my personal 'no claims' into account.”

“Simple easy to use site, saved me loads of time getting quotes from elsewhere plus it was cheap , even got a phone call to to make sure I got what I was looking for . Excellent service without pestering me .”

“the information was helpful and accurate, however you should have a rating system for the insurance brokers you provide. I chose Autonet Insurance and quite frankly they are bordering on illegal. Your information is accurate to a point, only hampered by the semi skilled call centre bucket shops like Autonet that masquerade as insurance companies.”

“The quote I recieved was good but the service from the insurer has not been very straightforward at all they keep requesting proof of my no claims bonus which I have e.mailed twice and sent by post with the photocopy of license they wanted, they also rang to get me to inform my car insurers to speak to them for proof of my no claims and yesterday was informed that if they didn't recieve the proof of no claims the insurance would cease in 7 days so I am not happy.”

“A good, speedy service slightly spoilt by much too many reminders bordering on threats regarding what would happen if I didn't send in evidence of my no claims discount. All sorted in the end but I had to contact you a few times to check that all was well.”
