“Completing the TEFL online level 5 course has been a useful experience in regard to teaching English to Spanish citizens in particular. The course was presented professionally with a simplistic structure to help complete end of unit tests and assessments. A worthwhile experience to say the least.”

“I have recently completed the Level 5 TEFL Course (168 Hours).The course was well written, structured and organised. The concepts were presented interestingly. The interactive exercises were helpful. The three assignments were challenging but really beneficial. I was motivated to research more. I felt I have developed better understanding of the subject matter.”

“If you want to travel and feel a sense of accomplishment this is the course for you. It is structured in a way that is easy to understand and great to interact with. However, some of the links in the course do not work. Don't let this influence you though! It is fun and interesting. However, it requires time and patience in your part, if you wish to pass with a distinction. Every time I received my feedback for my assignments or the in course activities I felt proud of myself. It was amazing as an English speaker, as I got to appreciate the language and its intercity! So if you love English, wish to travel, have an adventure while being responsible this is a course for you ;)”

“Great course. Just concerned that being recruited as an online teacher without a degree is going to be challenging. 168 hours not 120 hours. Why 168 hours when 120 hours is all that is necessary?”

“I found the Level 5 TEFL Course (168 hrs) to be a very challenging, rigorous, well-structured course that covered all aspects of theory and through the assignments made the best of trying to evaluate students' classroom presentation. It was much harder than I expected and I struggled with the course and the demands of a full-time job but the support was fantastic and I got through. The only thing that is lacking is the classroom experience to bring TEFL Academy to the same accreditation as the CELTA and Trinity qualifications – the first job I looked at would only accept those certificates which is a bit disheartening.”

“I thoroughly enjoyed the training. Reading references is good. Training information is excellent. The assistance from the Academy is very good although the difference in time (different countries) makes it difficult if your 'waiting' for a reply to your query(ies).”
