“Efficient, quick, and 'order despatched ' email received within about 5 minutes. Too quick for me! I needed to email again to check some delivery details and thought I would have bags of time to contact The Tape Store! The Tape itself was very well boxed, the amended delivery instructions had been added to the label,and I received an updating email at each stage of the process The Tape itself is very well made (German engineering ... ) and solid, with a smooth winding action. I winced when I saw the total price, but I can see the quality of the product, so happy with the value for money I shall be placing more orders with The Tape Store”

“Bought two Hultafors tape measures. One arrived with some minor damage. Rang the Tape Store and a replacement was sent out same day. Brilliant customer service from Shaun Hamilton. Absolutely no hassle. Both tapes (BT8ME and TV5ME), are really good quality items. Good clear markings and comfortable in hand.”
