“product was good.but took so long to arrive”

Hello Beryl, many thanks for leaving a review. Thanks for commenting on the quality of the product you bought. I appreciate that you feel your delivery took a long time but it only took 3 or 4 working days, depending on whether you received it yesterday or today. Our website does clearly state that all orders placed over the weekend (as yours was) will be despatched the following Monday and that Royal Mail 2nd Class deliveries (like yours) will take, on average, 2-4 working days to arrive. Your order was therefore right on schedule. We do offer Royal Mail 1st Class and next day courier options for those who need their orders that bit quicker. Thank you for your review of our product/service, however - all feedback is incredibly useful.

I'm sorry that you/we had a little difficulty with our courier - we chose Interlink after a lot of trial and error, finding that they were the best by some margin. Now and again drivers can't find addresses - I suppose that's inevitable - but I'm sorry for the day's delay in getting your tapes to you. “I phoned in with a query, got an answering machine, put the phone down without leaving a message because I did not have details at my fingertips, and emailed instead. Tape Store followed up on the missed call, friendly and efficient, had the email to hand, dealt with the query very promptly, and arranged photo verification from their warehouse through email. All done within an hour! I made my order online later in the day and had the tape the following day. If there was an 'Excellent' rating they would get it from me. Thank you.”

“It was very helpful to talk through what I was looking for with someone who knew the range. I was looking for a gift to order and be sent direct to a friend. I was so pleased to know that this tape existed that I ordered one to be sent direct to me also. It arrived today and looks just what I wanted, probably the gift to my friend has been received today too ... however, I suspect he will also have received the PRICED delivery note which is definitely not what you want to happen if you are giving a friend a present. Surely there's no need to show the price paid on the delivery note. If there is then you need a facility to be told if it's a gift when the order is placed. Shame, it was 100% excellent service otherwise.”

Instructions were left to leave out the invoice but clearly something went wrong on the warehouse floor.
