“Even though they sent the wrong measuring tape, they were nothing but helpful and apologetic on the phone... hopefully this will be sorted soon but I was impressed at how quickly they refunded me, paid for the cost of posting back the wrong product and sorted out delivering the right tape measure. Overall I'm rather impressed!”

Hi Pete, thanks for leaving such a positive review and for being so understanding. We had a new member of staff start the day you ordered and he accidentally picked the wrong tape... In his defence he felt terrible about it... we all make mistakes now and the two tapes were right next to each other :-) I'm glad we managed to sort things out for you and that you've got the tape you wanted. “I bought 5m and 10m fat max tapes metric only . The tapes are great but the fact I can mark from both edges of the tape is excellent. Plenty of people wanting to borrow them .”

“I was not sure if the Tape Store had what I required, I emailed them and was immediately sent email pictures of what I required. Placed an order free postage which arrived the next day, top quality goods, top quality company, top quality all round service.
