“I phoned in with a query, got an answering machine, put the phone down without leaving a message because I did not have details at my fingertips, and emailed instead. Tape Store followed up on the missed call, friendly and efficient, had the email to hand, dealt with the query very promptly, and arranged photo verification from their warehouse through email. All done within an hour! I made my order online later in the day and had the tape the following day. If there was an 'Excellent' rating they would get it from me. Thank you.”
