“1st class service. Staff quickly understood & identified the type of specialist tape I needed and then sourced it for me from a supplier. Initially, the supplier provided the wrong tape, but this was quickly resolved, a new tape sent and return of the incorrect item was arranged.”

“The tape measure was exactly what I wanted and as described. The price was right and the item was dispatched quickly. What was particularly good though, were comms from the company - somehow my postcode had become scrambled whilst ordering, and a staff member of the Tape Store took the trouble to phone me to get the correct postcode. That's what I call real service, and that sort of attention to detail isn't often found nowadays! A great company to do business with!”
