“I made a purchase of £122 worth of sun care products, with an 48 hour delivery promise, and had an email confirmation. That was 3 weeks ago. I’ve since had no emails about dispatch and no contact at all from the company. I have sent several emails and have had no reply. I can only assume that this shop does not actually exist and is fraudulent.”

“Poor delivery service. Ordered on 48 hour delivery, there was a postal strike so I understand some delay. The seller used an alternative carrier but they lost the parcel so had no delivery details. It’s not possible to contact the seller outside of “normal” hours. The absence of information is the most frustrating part of such transactions. The parcel arrived after I’d left for holiday meaning I had to purchase other sun cream. The seller thought it had been lost and offered to credit the whole amount but as I’m honest I told them it had turned up just too late for me. I suggested some form of recompense may be appropriate but they declined to respond. Overall a poor experience and I would not recommend using this seller and will use others myself.”

“This is a scam company up loading fake positive reviews, advertises 48hr delivery to my order and money on the 19th aug nothing has of today 2nd sept. phone line is a covid excuse dead end and the email does not exist. DO NOT USE you will be SCAMMED”

“Never recieved items. Purchased over £70s worth of good with advertisement and confirmation of 48 hour delivery over 2 weeks now and never recieved. Been in holiday and come back still no delivery. Email bounces back for customer service and no response from other email addresses. Absolutely appalling service. Do not buy from here.”

“Item shown in stock and delivery in 48 hours. Ordered 7 days before my holiday, after 2 days of not having a notification of despatch, chased up and they said they were awaiting stock. Offered chance to cancel - replied immediately to accept cancellation. No response and item arrived after it was required.”

“Wrong item I got something else and when I tried to email apparently its up to me to sort it no responsibility on there behalf as I should and would have expected a driver to come and pick the package up not for me to be responsible for sorting this should be up to the company.”
