“The only reason why I’ve give a 3 star is because I tried to contact the suncare shop by phone to find out where my order and it was saying because of Covid we are not excepting calls so I tried to email them some of my emails failed even though I used the email on the website finally found a way to contact them and finally got a reply they did say it was saying it’s still with the post office and I should get it in the next day or two I know it wasn’t there fault but the fact I couldn’t get through to them was a bit frustrating made up though I’ve received my order”

“Received goods but not what I ordered. When I emailed them they advised product no longer available but I was never advised of this prior to goods being dispatched. I would have chosen another product as the one sent I don't like. Very disappointed”

“I have just bought some products of which two are Hawaiian Tropic oil & i am dissapointed with the size as they are tiny & can get double the size for half the price in Home Bargains so i will check that in future but very quick & free delivery”

“The goods arrived as expected but sadly the anti aging cream caused my face to become very hot and itchy. I had a severe skin problem all over my body 3 years ago. I was recommended to use your sun tan products by the Consultant. All have been ok until the anti wrinkle cream. I followed the instructions but for me I won't be risking using it again.”

“I was a little disappointed with them, I know I got them free with purchasing the Post Office Travel Insurance. It stated that the 2 products were £30 but you can buy these products for £6.99 elsewhere. I know I didn’t pay it was a promotion but it would of been a rip off it had I paid. Sorry.”
