“Shirt received, visibly worn, and not in "brand new" condition. It had obviously been returned before. Labels had been poorly re-attached. Unfortunately I had to travel, so didn't bother returning it, but will never shop here again.”

“For an expensive shirt it was packaged very badly; It was only in a poly bag with very little card for support. Subsequently, it arrived screwed up very very creased, so I had to try to steam the creases out before I could give it as a gift.”

“I placed an order on the 13th January. Its now the 24th and I've heard nothing from them. They told me I would hear from them once the items were handed to their transport contact, but as I said, no word yet. I wrote to them asking for a status on the 19th, but still no reply. Underwhelming.”

“Very disappointed with the shirt as it has marks/stains on the front and is shop soiled, the marks appear to be long standing where something has left a mark through it being stored possibly.”
