“Excellent service with the shirt being dispatched and arriving on time. Unfortunately it didn't fit and so had to be returned. Again great customer service and money refunded immediately. Answered my questions about getting another size quickly and efficiently. The only thing that would have been better was having a sticky back return label included. This is more down to my hand writing than anything else. Would/will definitely use the Shirt Store again”

“Unfortunately the description of the 4 XL shirt I bought did not mention slim fit in its product heading unlike other shirts; so alas the shirt did not fit. I have returned it but I must say I wish it had fit because it was a beautiful shirt and just what i was looking for save for the slim fit and not the classic fit.”

“For an expensive shirt it was packaged very badly; It was only in a poly bag with very little card for support. Subsequently, it arrived screwed up very very creased, so I had to try to steam the creases out before I could give it as a gift.”
