“The product is very good. However I was sent the wrong filter due toba wrong "pick". That in itself was no big deal but the courier used was a nightmare. Took about 2 weeks to get it sorted because the couriers seemed to be not following their own procedures. Pipercross did their best and seemed as frustrated as I was. Finally got it swapped by courier who saw common sense. The filter fit's perfect and is oil free so hopefully no more MAF problems.”

“Previous product foes not have a part number on it, and finding the right replacement not that easy, as had to measure. Not sure whether it should be oiled and when phoned the shop they didn’t either! No info on the website to provide that info either. So overall not impressed”

“Product is fine, just my ordering process that was poor. Ordered the filter, got an email saying it was out of stock but would be here in about 2 weeks. I asked.for a refund as i found one elsewhere so ordered that one. Next day one arrives, i fit it to then find it was the pipercross direct order that arrived. I then had to pay to return the 2nd one i purchased elsewhere. Just annoying, i appreciate it's not the end of the world!”

“I ordered a Pipercross induction kit for my fiesta 1.25i, the induction kit arrived earliest than expected. The install was pretty easy. Once installed it transformed my driving experience from a boring sound to a deeper sounding and faster pulling car. 10/10 would recommend. Thanks Pipercross!”

“My order was processed and delivered quickly. But there was not enough information on the website for me know that the filter would definitely fit my car. When viewing the filters and using the filters to find the right part, my make and model of car was available to choose, but my engine which is a very commonly found configuration was not a choice.. I took an educated guess on the premise that I could return the part if unsuitable, luckily the part was the correct part. But I shouldn't have had to take that risk. I did email Pipercross to update them and inform them that the engine selection was missing and the part fits the engine (to be helpful) but received no response toy email.”
