I’m really disappointed. I ordered a filter to my car and it didn’t arrive. I tried to check where is my filter and no one bothered to help me, and I just felt that my money was stolen. I tried to contact pipercross several times but no response. Hope no one gets scammed like me

The air filter keeps putting the eml light on as soon as I put the original air filter and clean the code it doesn't come back on again

Photo of the filter on the website shows a conical filter with red print, the actual filter is a straight filter and what's worse than the fact I could have bought those on eBay for nearly £10 less is the fact that the bike doesn't run very well with them, have got a set of DNA filters now and it runs perfectly, so thanks for nothing, ps I did email but got no response

Can't give accurate rating ... haven't received filter yet (haven't even had despatch notice) However, last 2 I've had (Octavia 2.0 TDI & Fiat 1.9 Mjet have been GREAT)

Customer service was good but the product terrible. Incorrect item sent twice. On the second try, the items along with being incorrect were damaged

Frais de port DHL 18€ + 17.50€ de frais de dossier lors du passage en douanes en plus de la tva. Pipercross ne l'annonce pas à la commande et renvoi la faute sur DHL qui eux aussi sont des voleurs.

Appalling Communication. I have sent numerous emails to two of their email addresses and still no reply. I have also had a live chat, with no positive outcome. I wanted to clarify a specific product in my order but no correspondence. I'm not even sure if they have got my order and I have certainly no information on delivery. I have been buying items on the internet for over 15 years now, and this is probably the worst buying experience I've had. I don't have anything good to say about this company. There has been no reply to my email and live chat.
