“Product is fine, just my ordering process that was poor. Ordered the filter, got an email saying it was out of stock but would be here in about 2 weeks. I asked.for a refund as i found one elsewhere so ordered that one. Next day one arrives, i fit it to then find it was the pipercross direct order that arrived. I then had to pay to return the 2nd one i purchased elsewhere. Just annoying, i appreciate it's not the end of the world!”

“I ordered a Pipercross induction kit for my fiesta 1.25i, the induction kit arrived earliest than expected. The install was pretty easy. Once installed it transformed my driving experience from a boring sound to a deeper sounding and faster pulling car. 10/10 would recommend. Thanks Pipercross!”

“My order was processed and delivered quickly. But there was not enough information on the website for me know that the filter would definitely fit my car. When viewing the filters and using the filters to find the right part, my make and model of car was available to choose, but my engine which is a very commonly found configuration was not a choice.. I took an educated guess on the premise that I could return the part if unsuitable, luckily the part was the correct part. But I shouldn't have had to take that risk. I did email Pipercross to update them and inform them that the engine selection was missing and the part fits the engine (to be helpful) but received no response toy email.”

“After understanding the measurements of the filter properly (the filter set up is for an early Twin Cam Caterham Seven restoration) I was able to get exactly what was required for my customer's Seven - I used their website directly as I found the resellers on eBay, whilst slightly cheaper, did not offer the assurance of buying the correct backplate, whereas the Lotus T/C backplate is a standard item on their website - problem solved, and order placed - delivery within two days.”

“The PiperCross Team were quickly in contact with me to advise that filter I needed was out of stock and gave an ETA. The Filter arrived via courier and is now making the 1.6L engine in a 25 year old Toyota Corolla run a lot easier. Lower revs means less engine wear. The car is more responsive feeling more like a 1.7L. I don't know if the performance filter will actually add horse power to the car overall, but it certainly makes sure more horses are available when accelerating, compared with the OEM filter before the Pipercross was installed.”

“I knew exactly which air filter I needed for my TVR, so I rang them up, and asked if they had it in stock, and could they price match it for me, which they did . I placed my order, and was immediately sent an invoice which I paid at 4pm approximately, and the very next day, my smart new air filter was delivered.. So a definite 5star review from me... And pipercross supply quality items, that's why I chose them ..”
