“My order was processed and delivered quickly. But there was not enough information on the website for me know that the filter would definitely fit my car. When viewing the filters and using the filters to find the right part, my make and model of car was available to choose, but my engine which is a very commonly found configuration was not a choice.. I took an educated guess on the premise that I could return the part if unsuitable, luckily the part was the correct part. But I shouldn't have had to take that risk. I did email Pipercross to update them and inform them that the engine selection was missing and the part fits the engine (to be helpful) but received no response toy email.”

“Order was placed and then didn't get any response from the company until I emailed only to find out that the product was out of stock and I have to wait till the production of the filter is completed. The product itself Is awesome though. Absolutely no complaints”

“I am delighted with the Pipercross air filter which has improved performance and economy. The supply of the product was delayed due to a production/availability backlog but other than that I am very pleased with the product.”

“Really happy with the panel filter I purchased directly from The Pipercross Shop but, a little disappointed that I could have bought the company’s own brand cheaper on eBay. Doesn’t entirely make sense.”

“I don't know when the order is scheduled to ship after I place the order. I don't even get an email when it ships. When I got worried, I got this evaluation request email and thought it had been shipped. The white paint on the filter was not dry yet and needed to dry before use. I needed time to dry it and was a little worried about when it would ship, so I gave it -1. 4 stars.”
